Carlo's Bakery. He wouldn't even answer our questions when we needed clarification. It was delicious, moist and the strawberries were sweet! Neither cheesecakes were good and the canoli was good but it wasn't worth the 5.95. I would love to go here again soon!

Okay, my boyfriend is not a fan of sweets but he ate 4/5 cannolis and the only , the chocolate covered, and it was delicious! I can't even explain how disappointed we all were. So many associate Carlo's Bakery with Buddy Valastro and the TLC show Cake Boss, but the name and business date back to Carlo Guastaferro — a pastry chef and Italian immigrant.Yes, that would be the Carlo. Every single thing. My name was called, I paid and I was on my way. Dry and flavorless. He was so rude and unwelcoming. This place is mega clean and the staff are very friendly. We all loved it!Thanks, Rose! (or pie, ice cream, yogurt, etc) I wasn't able to get his name because they don't have name tags. I was very excited to go to Carlos Bakery on my trip to Vegas. Chef Guastaferro opened the bakery "on a quiet street" in Hoboken, New Jersey, in 1910. I called before I arrived to Las Vegas and already received good customer service and had all my questions answered about the cake options & prices. I expected one of the fancy Vegas restaurants to have them on the menu, but if they are, I couldn't find them with Yelp.

The lobster tail looked good don't get me wrong, but the taste and texture wasn't amaze balls. There's no depth you just get sweet with no other flavor. All that I imagined that it would be! I was so excited to try this place but my entire experience was brought down by one employee. Super quick service! Are they offering takeout, delivery, or both? The choux pastry had a nice crisp on the outside and slight softness on the inside. The white chocolate interior was so creamy like cheesecake with a cake base. I ordered an Oreo lobster tail, a fondant cookie and a chocolate cannoli. We also got an individual strawberry cheesecake with crumbs and for the size of my palm (and I have a small palm) you pay $10 for okay cheesecake. I've had so many more cannolis and eclairs elsewhere that have been so much better!! There are plenty of signs to help direct you. It's also alllll the way towards the end of the strip so it can be a walk if you stayed in the middle.Well, was I excited to get to see Buddy's store of confections?

The girl took my order and then asked me to wait for a bit while they packaged it. The cream wasnt too sweet and strawberries tasted fresh. So mean and unprofessional. The location is inside the grand canal shoppes inside the Venetian. and when I found out I could visit his bakery while in Vegas, I knew I needed to!If you're like me and can't easily get to Hoboken, New Jersey for Buddy's original bakery, at the very least you must try his location in Las Vegas! I also didn't think the shell was crunchy enough- I prefer the filled to order kind. The portions are pretty small for 10.95. I don't understand how to describe it. At this point Buddy and his family have a reputation to uphold and this place won't do them any favors. Duh! For that price i was expecting the best but sadly that wasn't the case.

All of their treats looked amazing! At $3.50, it was steep for a pretty tiny little cannoli. We got 1 classic conoli, 1 American cheesecake, and 1 italian style cheesecake and we paid $29 and some change. The filling was odd tasting like spoiled milk.... Luckily the strawberry eclair was better ! White chocolate mousse cake and carrot cake were delicious! Carrot cake was moist and balance of spice.I'm a huge fan of the Cake Boss and when I found out I could visit his bakery while in Vegas, I knew I needed to! I would have rather gone elsewhere if I had known about the poor service.Don't even waste your time. He wasn't able to hear me through my mask so he looked at me with a stank face and continued to speak to us with a negative attitude. Got a stale cookie, a stale cupcake, and a mediocore cheesecake. I had very high expectations for this place and it was a disappointment. How is this business operating during COVID-19? Anything else to note about them right now?Let them eat cake! Avoid this place like a plague I spent $20 for these 3 items.Came in during my trip with high expectations, cuz c'mon the name plus all the good things I heard from family. I will not return.This place was absolute crap. I had eaten at Carlo's on a previous trip to Vegas and gotten 2 little cakes, which were both decent. So when I saw Vegas had a bakery I HAD to go. You feel like a kid in a candy shop.…

Safe to say the family knows how to exaggerate as the pastry did not live up to my expectations. The lines are long of course but what do you expect? Similar to In N Out there's a order person taking your order and while you wait you can see the workers making cakes and what not. The outer shell was crunchy and hard, not flaky and soft. It was OK, not good, just ok, so not worth the money in my opinion.
