He drags her out of the operating theatre, along with a drugged Joanne, shooting a doctor as they leave. I don't want to spoil it, but if you like Session 9 and Brad Anderson you'll like this one. I did however, when the psychologist was talking to him in the hospital and then at the scene of the fall, I almost started to believe he did suppress memories of his wife and child and that he possibly did the unthinkable.
