I mainly use this for fractals and I tend to be one of the harder hitters as well as one who can stay alive longer than others on my team. For me I run Nightmare Runes while also taking Malice Sigil+Fell Beacon so with 3 shades I have 100% Condi Duration. Now condi scourge has lost its niche as cleave master, and its only niche left is its revival potential with the Blood Magic variant. Heal Scourge is different from the other support builds. Scourges lose access to Death Shroud in favor of getting access to Shade skills at all times, which use life force directly on use.

Very good Cleave potential through the condi output from shades. Much better than power reaper for DPS especially for high level fractals and raids where the better sustained DPS condition damage gives is more important.I've done a little comparison to other scourge builds and found out that this build is the most effective overall, it's even effective with world bosses, I'm always on top of the DPS listNow with my gear set and some comparison run through on-paper damage calculation I'm really enjoying this build and dealing amazing damage with it.
