Also if playing as a human is more fun than dino, then it maybe less players wanna play dino at that time. Direction of these map is based on the North Star and Geomagnetism, not based on value of Latitude or the path of the sun/moon. Isle server settings and configuration are controlled by several files and have subsections the value must be entered under.
