I liked this as it puts a different perspective to what Elvis might have done and brings it to the attention of younger listeners who may want to check Elvis out.I dont say that Elvis would have recorded all these songs but it keeps the idea and his legacy alive and showcases the tremendous influence he had on the music we all know as rock n roll.I personally have no problem with anyone wishing to do a song their way or to change a song to suit their voice or how they hear it in their head.Some will say its cashing in on an icon and maybe this is justified in some cases but i do believe that not too many would have an argument about who really put rock n roll on the map and who inspires them to this day.This guy has a decent voice so enjoy his songs as no one is going to be bigger than Elvis and i am sure Mr Brown would agree with that.Remember everyone out there is inspired by some one before them and thats how it will always be whether they know it or not.

Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2011. Look, I like Elvis, I like 'KIng'. Highly Recommended. I have bought this for a Christmas gift, but I was given an earlier cd from the same artist and I actually enjoyed the Elvis take on known songs.
